The Q-Repeater Scream CH-1663T-COL is a radical expression of mechanical sound and visual intensity, where time refuses to remain silent. Housed in a 42mm Grade 5 titanium case, the watch reveals a skeletonised, multi level architecture brought to life by bold CVD coated bridges, visible mechanics, and raw horological energy.
At the heart of the Q-Repeater Scream is the historic C.126 calibre, a legendary Chronoswiss movement first introduced in the 1990s and now carefully restored and reimagined in the Lucerne atelier. Finished with hand guilloché plates and accented with luminous ceramic blocks, the movement serves as both engine and stage. A pusher at 10 o’clock activates the quarter repeater, chiming the hours and quarter hours on demand through two visible hammers positioned at 1 o’clock. This rare complication transforms time into sound, delivering a clear, resonant mechanical melody enhanced by the acoustic properties of titanium.
Grade 5 titanium is chosen not only for its exceptional strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and comfort on the wrist, but also for its natural resonance, making it ideal for chiming watches. The quarter repeater features an all or nothing safety system, ensuring the chime engages only when fully activated for flawless performance with every press.
