Kollokium - Projekt 01 Variant “H”
The Kollokium Projekt 01 Variant “H” marks the final evolution of the original Projekt 01 design, bringing its first chapter to a close with its most luminous expression yet. Limited to 399 pieces, Variant “H” returns to a textured matte black dial while introducing 488 individually hand-applied Lichtblock™ markers, infused with blue-emission Super-LumiNova to create an extraordinary cyan glow in low light.
The three-dimensional dial sits beneath Kollokium’s panoramic sapphire glass box and is framed by the distinctive 40 mm die-cast stainless steel case, retaining the raw, industrial character that has defined Projekt 01 since its debut. Powered by the La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement with approximately 68 hours of power reserve, Variant “H” is finished with a contrasting cream-white elastic textile strap, with a second black strap included. A fitting finale to the first era of Projekt 01, it brings together three years of experimentation, refinement and Kollokium’s unmistakable approach to alternative watch design.

The Final Evolution
Closing the First Chapter of Projekt 01
The Kollokium Projekt 01 Variant “H” represents the culmination of almost three years of experimentation with the design that introduced Kollokium’s unconventional approach to watchmaking. Returning to the black dial of the earliest Projekt 01 releases, this final iteration brings together the collection’s defining elements, its raw die-cast steel case, panoramic sapphire crystal, three-dimensional dial architecture and distinctive use of light in their most developed form yet. Limited to 399 pieces, Variant “H” is both a return to where Projekt 01 began and a final evolution of the design before Kollokium moves into its next chapter.

Kollokium Projekt 01 Variant “H” FAQs
The Kollokium Projekt 01 Variant “H” represents the final iteration of the original Projekt 01 design before Kollokium moves into its next chapter. It brings together ideas refined over almost three years, returning to the black dial associated with the earliest Projekt 01 releases while incorporating the more abstract dial architecture introduced with Variant “F”. Limited to 399 pieces, Variant “H” serves as a culmination of the design rather than simply another colour variation.
Lichtblock™ is Kollokium’s proprietary luminescent ceramic-resin hybrid material, developed to allow lume to become a prominent three-dimensional part of the watch rather than simply a coating applied to conventional markers. Variant “H” features 488 individually hand-applied Lichtblock™ pins in six different diameters and heights. They incorporate Swiss Super-LumiNova BGW9, producing a bright cyan-blue emission in darkness and giving the dial an entirely different visual character as lighting conditions change.
Rather than relying on the conventional milling and machining techniques commonly used in watchmaking, the 40 mm Projekt 01 case is die-cast from 316L stainless steel. Kollokium deliberately leaves the material with its distinctive industrial texture rather than extensively polishing or satin-brushing the surfaces. Variant “H” also uses a reengineered case construction that positions the movement slightly lower, accommodating the height of the Lichtblock™ hands while maintaining the proportions of its panoramic cylindrical sapphire crystal.
Inside the watch is the La Joux-Perret G101 automatic movement, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, or 4 Hz, and providing approximately 68 hours of power reserve. The movement contains 24 jewels and uses a unidirectional winding rotor. In keeping with Kollokium’s intentionally unconventional philosophy, the movement is left unsigned and unadorned rather than being extensively decorated, allowing the distinctive dial, case construction and material experimentation to remain the focus of the Projekt 01 Variant “H”.
