With over 2,200 chronometers produced, the house has been synonymous with precision at sea since 1835 - well before radio and computer time bases - and was the first to patent a chronograph with the capability to measure hundredths, then thousandths, of a second. Crafted in Switzerland and carefully assembled in France, the chronograph's movement and calibre are the embodiment of fine watchmaking within the Vallée de Joux.
