The Megapod Farewell marks the final chapter of one of the most unconventional watch designs of recent years. Conceived as the ultimate expression of the Megapod concept, this closing edition is limited to just 30 pieces worldwide, spread across seven distinct SKUs, making each variant genuinely scarce.

Designed by Alexandre Peraldi, the Farewell edition refines the Megapod’s bold identity while pushing its visual language even further. It introduces a specially developed handset, with enlarged hour and minute hands for greater presence and legibility, alongside the defining signature of this final series: the Hour Glass shaped seconds hand.

This sculptural seconds hand completes a full rotation every minute, turning the passage of time into a continuous visual motion rather than a traditional ticking display. It is a small but deliberate detail that encapsulates the Megapod philosophy, time as an object to be observed, not just measured.

This specific dial belongs to a micro allocation of 25 pieces, with an additional 4 GAE examples, within a broader 100 plus 30 piece Megapod collection. The result is a watch that sits at the intersection of rarity and design driven experimentation.

Powering the watch is the Miyota 9039 Japanese automatic movement, chosen for its reliability and robustness. The 46 mm case, with a height of 17 mm, gives the Megapod its unmistakable wrist presence, while the anti reflective sapphire crystal and screw down exhibition case back reinforce its mechanical credibility.

The watch is fitted with a silicone strap secured by an ardillon buckle, ensuring comfort and stability despite its substantial dimensions. Water resistance is rated to 5 ATM, making it suitable for everyday wear while remaining focused on design rather than sport.
