QP BALANCIER LIMITED EDITION OF 22
The QP Balancier redefines the perpetual calendar. Uniting 12 functions and indications in a single crown, it eliminates hidden pushers, crown positions to memorise, and all risk of damage. Powered by our patented Mechanical Computer, it adjusts instantly in either direction, restarts instantly after months unwound, and stays programmed until the year 2100.
Hours, minutes, seconds, power reserve, day, date, month, leap year, day/night, 24-hour display, calendar year, and the patented function selector – all operated by a single crown. No handbook needed. Every adjustment is safe, effortless, and reversible at any time of day.
The multi-level gold dial presents all calendar indications in a single intuitive line, framed by leap-year and day/night indicators. Nothing distracts from legibility or harmony. Even date-setting becomes a tactile experience, each crisp jump through the crown connecting the wearer to the mechanism within.
Beneath the pure aesthetics lies uncompromising chronometry. The 45.1 mm white gold case houses our 30° inclined balance wheel with gold mean-time screws for superior performance. 612 hand-finished components and twin fast-rotating barrels deliver a 72-hour chronometric power reserve.
Limited to just 22 timepieces in white gold, the QP Balancier is the most practical, reliable, and intuitive perpetual calendar ever created – without compromise in precision, craftsmanship, or beauty.

The art of invention
At the core of Greubel Forsey lies a relentless commitment to invention. Since its inception, the Atelier has secured more than 70 patents and introduced ten Fundamental Inventions, each designed to deliver meaningful advancement in mechanical watchmaking. Innovation is approached with purpose, refining chronometric precision, enhancing mechanical performance, and expanding the expressive potential of the timepiece.
This philosophy is embodied in creations such as the Tourbillon Cardan, distinguished by its multi-axis, three-cage construction and fluid, gimbal-inspired motion, as well as the Nano Foudroyante, which incorporates a patented nano-mechanism uniting flying seconds, a tourbillon, and manual-wind flyback functionality within a remarkably compact case. Each development is a stepping stone, forming the basis for continued evolution across the collection.
