Distinguished by a colour palette evoking the noble world of cigars, the S1 5N Gold Cigare blends 5N gold and black DLC-coated titanium. The brown and rhodium-coated brass dial subtly recalls tobacco leaves, while 5N gold appliques create refined contrasts. The red liquid flowing through the capillary tube evokes the glowing ember of a perfectly lit cigar.
At its core beats the calibre 501-CM, a 352-component masterpiece with a 72-hour power reserve. Time flows through a 0.8mm borosilicate capillary where two immiscible liquids—one red, one transparent—create a hypnotic display. This patented technology won the Innovation Prize at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève in 2012.
The 45.30 × 17.20 mm case combines luxury and lightness with 5N gold and DLC titanium. The domed sapphire crystal offers an unobstructed view of the liquid display. The brown alligator strap echoes cigar wrapper leaves and can be swapped with a black rubber strap via HYT's quick-release system.
