At the crossroads of computational design and Swiss mechanical engineering, MAURON MUSY unveils the MU05-110 ARCHITECT OF GOLDEN OASIS—a timepiece that transforms watchmaking into an organic architectural landscape.

Created in collaboration with architect Arturo Tedeschi, this limited edition of 10 pieces explores the harmony between structure and nature. Housed in a 44mm polished and satin-finished Grade 5 titanium case, the ARCHITECT OF GOLDEN OASIS transcends conventional design to draw its inspiration from the fluid movement of the elements, where geometry, light, and depth converge.

Mechanical Architecture: The MM01-SK Calibre

At the heart of the MU05-110 beats the skeletonised Calibre MM01-SK, an automatic Manufacture movement with bidirectional winding. Exposed through a construction conceived for transparency, the movement becomes more than a mechanism: it is the structural foundation around which the entire watch is composed.

Operating at a frequency of 4 Hz and offering a 55-hour power reserve, the MM01-SK calibre reflects the raw mechanical expertise of MAURON MUSY. With its 167 components and Swiss lever escapement, it embodies a dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and avant-garde computational creation, where every opening, curve, and tension contributes to a vision of balance and depth.

A Landscape of Light: Oasis Blue and 18-Carat Red Gold

At the centre of the MU05-110 lies a deep sunray-finished Oasis blue dial, evoking water, horizon, and the natural reflections of an elemental landscape. This luminous base is overlaid with a complex upper structure in solid 18-carat red gold, algorithmically sculpted through additive manufacturing to organise light, volume, and perspective around the movement.

This encounter between colour, relief, and precious material gives the watch its singular identity. Each detail appears shaped by the flow of nature itself, as if the architecture of the dial had emerged from the meeting of water, light, and mineral force.

nO-Ring® Technology: Function and Structure United

The MU05-110 ARCHITECT OF GOLDEN OASIS integrates MAURON MUSY’s patented nO-Ring® technology, a revolutionary gasket-free mechanical sealing system that ensures water resistance to 300 metres. By eliminating traditional rubber gaskets, this innovation reinforces durability while affirming the brand’s belief that function and structure should exist as one.
