The Double Ellipse case design with a slimmer profile

Respecting the heritage of the signature double ellipse case, the Extra Plat Rose Gold has been refined with a slimmer profile that measures just 7.7 mm in thickness. In keeping with the design principles of the Tourbillon Rose Gold, the Extra Plat case is crafted in 5N rose gold and features a width of 35.5 mm and a length of 38.6 mm. The redesigned lugs showcase softer curves with a gentle downward angle for a comfortable fit on the wrist. The contemporary and warm tone of the 5N alloy elevates the elegance of the watch, bridging traditional craftsmanship with modern sophistication.

Pinstripe Guilloché two-tone dial

Continuing the traditions of haute horlogerie, the Extra Plat Rose Gold features a two-tone dial with a handcrafted guilloché en ligne motif in solid white gold. A filet sauté border frames the intricate pattern with subtle refinement. The hands are finished in black coated stainless steel, matching the black Roman numerals and the individual watch number. The contrast between the white gold dial and the 5N alloy case brings an elegant and contemporary tone to the watch while honouring Swiss craftsmanship.

The Calibre DR002, an ode to traditional watchmaking

The open case back of the Extra Plat Rose Gold reveals the new movement developed and assembled at La Fabrique du Temps under the supervision of Michel Navas and Enrico Barbasini. While maintaining the visual identity of the DR001 tourbillon calibre, the DR002 has been entirely developed for the Extra Plat collection. The redesigned oscillating system operates at a frequency of 4 Hz and incorporates a newly engineered bar click that produces a satisfying and crisp sensation when winding the watch.
