max bill Automatic Bauhaus - Black
The Junghans max bill Automatic Bauhaus brings a bolder character to the collection’s minimalist design language. Its matt black dial is accented with red luminous details and a red-tipped seconds hand, creating a striking contrast while retaining the clarity and balance associated with Max Bill’s original design principles.
The 38mm black PVD-coated stainless steel case houses the self-winding J800.1 movement, offering a power reserve of up to 38 hours. A transparent case back incorporates a Bauhaus motif, allowing the mechanical movement to be viewed through the illustrated windows, while anti-reflective sapphire crystal, a leather strap and 5 bar water resistance complete the design.

The Art of German Precision
From the Black Forest, Since 1861
Junghans has developed a distinctive design language built around clarity, function and understated elegance. From the architectural simplicity of its celebrated max bill collection to the refined proportions of the Meister line and the more technical character of its Pilot and 1972 watches, each collection expresses a different side of the brand while remaining recognisably Junghans.
Rooted in the Black Forest, the company continues to place German craftsmanship at the heart of its identity, bringing together traditional watchmaking expertise, contemporary design and modern technology.
Junghans describes its timepieces as combining “tradition, fine craftsmanship and modern design”, an approach that has allowed the brand to evolve without losing the restrained, purposeful aesthetic for which it has become known.
