max bill Kleine Automatic
The Junghans max bill Kleine Automatic revisits the proportions of Max Bill’s original 1961 design, pairing its compact 34mm case with the convenience of a modern automatic movement. The matt silver-plated dial retains the collection’s characteristic clarity, with fine markings, luminous details and a discreet date display creating a balanced, highly legible finish.
Inside, the self-winding J800.1 movement offers up to 38 hours of power reserve, while the polished stainless steel case is protected by anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Finished with a leather strap and water resistance to 5 bar, the Kleine Automatic combines historically faithful dimensions with practical everyday wearability.

The Art of German Precision
From the Black Forest, Since 1861
Junghans has developed a distinctive design language built around clarity, function and understated elegance. From the architectural simplicity of its celebrated max bill collection to the refined proportions of the Meister line and the more technical character of its Pilot and 1972 watches, each collection expresses a different side of the brand while remaining recognisably Junghans.
Rooted in the Black Forest, the company continues to place German craftsmanship at the heart of its identity, bringing together traditional watchmaking expertise, contemporary design and modern technology.
Junghans describes its timepieces as combining “tradition, fine craftsmanship and modern design”, an approach that has allowed the brand to evolve without losing the restrained, purposeful aesthetic for which it has become known.
