max bill Handaufzug
The Junghans max bill Handaufzug captures the simplicity and proportions of Max Bill’s original wristwatch designs in a traditionally hand-wound mechanical timepiece. Its compact 34mm case and exceptionally clean dial give the watch an elegant, historically inspired character, while the restrained markings and slender hands reflect the functional approach at the heart of the collection.
Inside, the J805.1 hand-wound mechanical movement offers up to 42 hours of power reserve, turning the daily ritual of winding the watch into part of its appeal. Anti-reflective sapphire crystal, a leather strap and 5 bar water resistance complete an especially authentic expression of the max bill design philosophy.

The Art of German Precision
From the Black Forest, Since 1861
Junghans has developed a distinctive design language built around clarity, function and understated elegance. From the architectural simplicity of its celebrated max bill collection to the refined proportions of the Meister line and the more technical character of its Pilot and 1972 watches, each collection expresses a different side of the brand while remaining recognisably Junghans.
Rooted in the Black Forest, the company continues to place German craftsmanship at the heart of its identity, bringing together traditional watchmaking expertise, contemporary design and modern technology.
Junghans describes its timepieces as combining “tradition, fine craftsmanship and modern design”, an approach that has allowed the brand to evolve without losing the restrained, purposeful aesthetic for which it has become known.
